Our story

Two things,
done properly.

We never wanted to be a café that also does food, or a pizzeria that also does coffee. Pociato is built around both — a serious espresso bar in the front, a wood-fired oven in the back.

    Specialty beans, roasted fresh. A rotating house blend plus single-origin guests, dialled in daily.
  • 🔥
    Dough proofed for 48 hours. Slow-fermented, stretched by hand, fired at 400°C for a light, blistered crust.
  • 🌿
    Fresh, local toppings. Simple combinations, quality ingredients, nothing hidden.
